It’s a simple way to keep your body balanced, prevent it from getting too used to any one herb, and get the most magic out of each blend. ✨🍵 How long should you cycle a tea? We generally recommend enjoying a blend for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. After that, give yourself a break or switch to a different blend. This helps your body reset, keeps your herbal experience fresh, and prevents any tolerance or overwhelm. Why is this important? Even gentle herbs like chamomile or peppermint work best when you mix it up. Stronger herbs, like licorice root, benefit from breaks to avoid overuse. Tea cycling supports your long-term wellness and keeps your tea ritual feeling special every time. Tips for Tea Cycling: • Sip your chosen blend for 2–3 weeks • Take a week off or switch to a different Enchanted Garden blend • Use breaks to enjoy herbal waters, rooibos, or a gentle detox blend • Mix and match blends for a joyful, nourishing tea journey! We want you to love your tea. If your order arrives damaged or you’re not 100% happy, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. We do not resell returned teas — your peace of mind is our priority.

Each pouch contains 60g of tea, making approximately 30-40 cups, depending on your preferred strength.

Our tea pouches are designed to be spacious to protect your 60g of herbal magic and keep it fresh for longer! Plus, the extra room makes reusing and recycling a breeze (tea cycling for the win 🌿♻️).

Brewing instructions are included on each product page and your packaging. Generally, use 1 tsp per cup, steep for 5–7 minutes in 100°C water. Check out the bonus tips and rituals for each blend — we love adding a little magic to our steep time.
