How long should you cycle a tea?
 We generally recommend enjoying a blend for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. After that, give yourself a break or switch to a different blend. This helps your body reset, keeps your herbal experience fresh, and prevents any tolerance or overwhelm.
Why is this important?
 Even gentle herbs like chamomile or peppermint work best when you mix it up. Stronger herbs, like licorice root, benefit from breaks to avoid overuse. Tea cycling supports your long-term wellness and keeps your tea ritual feeling special every time.

All blends are handcrafted and outsourced to a commercial tea facility — the site also processes milk (skim milk powder), gluten (wheat), and tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts).
